Opened in 2004, IFrentals.com, A Property Management Company, serves tenants and property owners in the Idaho Falls area.  We couple latest technology tools with old-fashioned service.

A few of our innovations:

• We were the first local property management company to advertise properties on the web.
• We allow tenants the convenience of paying online with a credit card or by directly debiting their checking account.
• Our owners can access their account 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
• We utilize an advanced property management software platform, called PropertyBoss.
• We promote our properties at the Grand Teton Mall, the single highest foot traffic point in Southeast Idaho.
